Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve, the “Jewel of Vidarbha,” spans 1,727 square kilometers of lush forests, meadows, and water bodies, providing a sanctuary for Bengal tigers, gaur, deer, leopards, sloth bears, and vibrant birdlife.

In November 2024, I embarked on a three-and-a-half-day safari in Tadoba, guided by renowned wildlife photographer Jayant Sharma. From our base at the Tadoba Jungle Lodge near the Moharli Gate, we explored both the Moharli Core Zone and Junona Buffer.
